Ingredients
- 2oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.3oz Lime Juice
- 1oz Creamed coconut
- Pinch of Salt
- Johnnie Walker Double Black, to float (Optional)
- Garnish: Pineapple Wedge and Leaf
- 1.3oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
Instructions
Combine
- Add all the ingredients apart from the ice into a shaker.

Add cubed ice to the tin. Shake and strain into an ice-filled glass. Float Johnnie Walker Double Black on top if you like.
3. Garnish with the pineapple wedge and leaf to the glass and serve.
