Ingredients
- 50 ml premium blanco tequila
- 35 ml fresh pineapple juice
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 2–3 thin slices of fresh jalapeño
- 1 small sprig of fresh rosemary
- 30 ml chilled sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple wedge and rosemary sprig for garnish
Instructions
Begin by gently muddling the jalapeño and rosemary in a cocktail shaker to release their aromatic oils and subtle heat. Add the blanco tequila, fresh pineapple juice, lime juice and honey syrup, then fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled and well blended. Double-strain the mixture into an ice-filled rocks glass to create a smooth finish, then top with chilled sparkling water for a refreshing lift. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a fresh rosemary sprig.
