Budget Airline SKYWARD EXPRESS has officially moved its CHECK-IN offices. This comes days after it announced an operational 24-hour call center in a bid to ensure increased customer satisfaction.
We are delighted to announce that we have moved our CHECK-IN counters from ALS building to SKYWARD EXPRESS building. To achieve this, SKYWARD EXPRESS invested in building its new office block at Wilson airport which is set to be launched soon.
The CHECK-IN desk plus the passenger lounge caters exclusively to our passengers, with free Wi-fi and excellent food from the coffee shop thereby ensuring a smooth, comfortable and hassle-free airport experience from checking-in to departure.
To us, the lounge provides a safe and secure environment for all our passengers who can now enjoy our facilities before flying out to their various destinations.
This move aims at easing the check-in process for customers.
