Method of Preparation
Prepare the Sausages:
In a large bowl, combine ground meat, garlic, onion, paprika, chili flakes, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
Shape the mixture into sausage links or patties.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and brush with olive oil.
Grill the sausages for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and fully cooked through.
Prepare the Fries:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Toss the potato sticks with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper.
Spread evenly on a baking tray and bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Alternatively, deep-fry in hot oil for 5–7 minutes until crispy and drain excess oil on paper towels.
Garnish and Serve:
Place the grilled sausages on a plate with a generous serving of fries on the side.
Add fresh sliced tomatoes alongside the fries for a refreshing balance.
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the sausages, fries, and tomatoes for a fresh, vibrant touch.
Serve with ketchup and mustard or your favorite dipping sauce.
