This partnership gives the DRC government a 51% majority stake, while Ethiopian Airlines retains a 49% share and assumes management of the new airline. Key technical agreements between the partners ensure seamless operations, while Ethiopian Airlines will train Congolese nationals as pilots, cabin crew, technicians, and service personnel.
