The Bakery and Pastry Expo happened on Fri 7 September through to Saturday 8 September 2018 at the PrideInn Centre, Westlands, Nairobi. This 2nd edition of the expo was proudly hosted by East Africa Chef Magazine creating a unique opportunity for the bakery industry in East Africa.
Papyrus who is one of ‘Chefs Delight Awards’ sponsor was present at the expo and had a chance to exhibit and showcase an array of equipment alongside demonstrations on their usage by their uniquely qualified staff. Papyrus Africa Limited has been a major supplier in weighing,catering, commercial kitchen, and food processing equipment in the Eastern and Central Africa markets for the last 44 years.
The show created an opportunity for the over 10 exhibitors present to meet and interact with the invited guests seeking new product launches, sourcing of bakery equipment, ingredients, technology, and accessories, besides forecasting and identify latest industry trends.
