The book focuses on guiding an African girl into financial freedom. The author has used characters and the antagonist is a lady that is at a young age and has issues on how to handle money. Zuri, the character is currently on a payroll but she has not learned how to spend money and save with investments.
The author has taken the readers through a journey of problems of handling money and how they should be solved. Surviving emergencies and being free of debts is a money problem that needs to be handled with wisdom. Money is always not enough, however, if managed well, one can learn to multiply money and be in a better financial state.
Arese has also touched on friendships and how to handle friendships that require money stability and also needs that have to do with money. Friendships can be very demanding at times, however, women of this age need to know how to handle money offers and what to do when issues of money arise.
It is a book that has targeted the African girl child, providing guidance to her using interesting stories and parables. The book has been recommended to all young girls especially African girls since they are not exposed to this kind of intelligence.
