Alex Osunga is an ardent Digital Forensics Specialist with over three years of experience in cybersecurity. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Information Systems Security specializing in Digital Forensics holds a degree in Business Information Technology (Computer Networks Major), and Diploma in Business Information Technology from Strathmore University.
Alex currently works at @iLabAfrica as Security Operations (SOC) Center Analyst (leads SOC Operations). He has been involved in lecturing on Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH) certifications at @iLabAfrica for over two years.

Oscar is the Deputy Data Commissioner responsible for complaints, investigations, and enforcement. He is an Audit and Investigations professional with over 17 years of experience working in both the private and public sectors. Oscar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He has worked in the banking industry and as a consultant in IT performance improvement. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Oscar Otieno will be at Securexpo East Africa speaking on “Data Protection in the country, its inception, importance, and milestones.”
Retired Lt Col Mathews Odongo Waria is a strategic and efficient Peace Conflict and International Relations Expert with over 24 years of experience working with various high-level security and law enforcement teams within the Government, Corporate, and Private sectors. Knowledgeable in Strategic Management, policies, and directives formation with experience working as a consultant on organization management, strategic planning, and budget management. Currently, a Director/CEO at Sentinel Protection Services Ltd is a renowned private service security provider with countrywide branches.
