Get out of your comfort zone: Stress can make your body weaken and feel lazy. This is due to the running of numerous thoughts and emotions towards a situation. Getting out of your comfort zone means enabling yourself to gain the strength to make a change. Gaining strength and learning to empower yourself for the next project is more than enough to make you move forward and become better.
