It gives me immense pleasure to mention how EAGM has evolved and innovated from a traditional glassware and crockery company to a “house of brands” with products spanning from Bone China crockery for Fine Dine Restaurants, Cold cut glassware for enhanced tasting experience, Metal Barware for elevating the lounge and bar experience, Inox Cookware for quality results in cooking, Food Pan Carriers for caterers to manage their outside catering, Polycarbonate Drinkware for poolside use, Cast Iron pots for use on induction warmers on buffets, Colour coded dustbins to differentiate the trash disposal and many more.

I take this opportunity to thank all our clients, customers and partners for their dedicated association with EAGM and I welcome all our new customers in the years 2022/2023. Our team can now be rated as trusted consultants, have managed to fulfil most of our customer’s requirements from our vast array of products and some serviced with special requirements imported and delivered successfully in time. Over the last five years, we have served all small, medium and large new projects across the East African region, with Kenya taking the lion’s share. I thank my team for their full commitment in their dedication and professionalism to have managed this.
The Covid battle seems to have finally been won, to the relief of the industry which has brought much-needed enthusiasm and positive energy to the players. EAGM stood by the industry players during Covid with total commitment and belief that soon we will all normalize and grow again together. We continue to remain committed to our customers and bring a fresh look to EAGM by introducing diverse products and continuing to improve our service levels. We have been growing our product portfolio with the inclusion of more brands especially Bon Appetit which is now able to offer various HORECA requirements to widen our offer. This with consistency in stocking and efficient supply chain management and vetting on the quality of the products is a win-win for everyone.
