His Excellency Ambassador Virgilio Marques de Faria (Angolan Ambassador to Kenya), and Her Excellency Joyce M’Maitsi, Ambassador of Kenya to Angola. Their presence underscored the strategic and diplomatic importance of this new connection.

The morning’s highlight was the arrival of the first TAAG aircraft from Luanda, greeted with a water salute and a vibrant cultural showcase by Kenyan traditional dancers.
