Magical Kenya Experience with Go Places to Kisite National Marine Park and Lunch at Wasini Island With Pili Pipa Dhow Safari
After breakfast, we left Swahili Beach Resort and Spa and drove to KWS floating jetty in Shimoni to arrive at about 8.30am for the Pilli Pipa Dhow Safari. We bought our tickets for the visit to the Kisite National Marine Park and boarded the Arabian Style dhow which had comfortable seating. We were welcomed by a cheery crew who served us Kenyan coffee and tea. The Dhow had both a motor as well as sails as we took off and spot Dolphins as we past Mpunguti ya juu & Mpunguti ya Chini on our way to Kisite National Marine Park. We made a stop and were given our snorkels and guided on how to breathe through them as we entered the protected waters. Guides safely showed us many varied fish and coral. Assistance was given with the additional use of life rings and buoyancy jackets if required. We visited two different snorkelling sites and were given enough time as the weather was excellent. We were lucky to have spotted Dolphins. This was the first time I had ever seen Dolphins in open waters. It was an amazing sight to watch them gently swim and dive up and down. The Kisite National Marine Park is a protected Coral site managed by Kenya Wildlife Service. We managed to see many different coloured fish while snorkelling

As we got off the Dhow we took a short forest walk to lunch. Here are our Sharing Moments with Go Places https://youtu.be/KYToaUoiPpQVoice Of Tourism & Hospitality
