Fairview Hotel Hosted A Chef’s Table Dining Experience Nairobi, 11th October 2022, Fairview Hotel Kenya held an exclusive Chef’s Table Experience at the Giuseppe Atrium restaurant, hosted by General Manager Bruce Potter and the hotel’s Executive Chef, Kabelo Mooketsi. Chef Kabelo and his culinary team took the guests through the seven-course culinary journey, delivering unique flavour combinations. Speaking about the Chef’s Table Experience, Bruce Potter, The General Manager of the hotel, noted, “Fairview Hotel, many years ago, was famous for the fine dining experience in the Pango Restaurant. We are bringing back the old experience with our new Chefs Table Food & Wine Pairing Experience. The Chef’s Table is an interactive Dinner with Our Executive Chef Kabelo. We invite you to discover an extraordinary dining experience. The menu has been created with the highest quality food and wine. You will have your tastebuds taken on an unforgettable adventure from one bite to the next”.

This Chefs table is a new experience and experiment for the local and international guests to familiarize themselves with and embrace.” Fairview Hotel invites you to be part of the Chef’s Table experience, whether you are looking to escape the usual date night spot or have reason to celebrate with a group of friends. From 20th October 2022, you can book this experience for 2 – 12 pax on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
