Guests were treated to a hands-on experience as she demonstrated the preparation of authentic dishes such as Kaow Krieb Pakmor (steamed rice paper with chicken stuffing), Yum Woon Sen (glass noodle salad), Tom Kha Kai (chicken coconut milk soup with galangal), Panang Nu (beef panang curry), Ipanang Tao Hoo (tofu curry), and the delightful dessert Thub Tim Krob (crispy water chestnuts in coconut milk).The interactive nature of the event allowed attendees to immerse themselves in the process—chopping, stirring, and plating under the guidance of the chef herself.
