Ingredients
- 30ml Gin
- 15ml Triple Sec
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- Chilled sparkling wine or prosecco
- Ice cubes
- Lemon twist & mint for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by filling a cocktail shaker with ice cubes to ensure a perfectly chilled drink. Add the gin, triple sec, fresh lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
- Shake well for about 10–15 seconds until the mixture is well combined and refreshingly cold.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute or coupe glass, filling it about halfway.
- Slowly top up with sparkling wine or prosecco, allowing the bubbles to rise gently for a festive finish.
- Garnish with a lemon twist & mint for an elegant touch, and serve immediately.
