Ethiopian Airlines, Africa’s largest network operating carrier, has launched its new flight service to Warsaw, Poland, further expanding its already impressive global network. As of July 1, 2024, travellers can now fly from Addis Ababa Bole International Airport to Warsaw, with a convenient stopover in Athens, four times a week. This milestone was celebrated with a colourful ceremony attended by the Ambassador of Poland to Ethiopia, Ethiopian dignitaries, and executives from Ethiopian Airlines.

The new flight service to Warsaw marks Ethiopian Airlines’ 24th destination in Europe, demonstrating the airline’s commitment to enhancing global connectivity and fostering commerce and tourism between Africa and Europe. The flight schedule includes departures from Addis Ababa on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, with return flights from Warsaw on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. This new route not only provides greater convenience for travellers but also strengthens Ethiopian Airlines’ position as a leading global airline.
