Our Experience At Cape Wine 2018
Cape Wine 2018 hosted by Wines of South Africa (WOSA) took place in Cape Town between the 11th and the 14th of September 2018. Presented every 3 Years, Cape Wine is the most successful international wine show in the southern hemisphere.
More than 300 Wineries exhibited over 5000 wines, including value brands, distinctive estate wines and icons in the making.
Go Places got up close and personal with South Africa’s world-class wines and winemakers’ and experienced several wine-themed functions and knowledgeable seminars in the “Mother City” Cape Town.
The theme of Cape Wine 2018 was “Hannuwa” referring to the 200,000-year-old San word, which describes their story and legacy – a powerful reminder of a time when life skills and being one with nature were the ultimate requirements to the survival of their family and small society.
