Cocktail Of The Month
Ingredients
- 30 ml Tequila
- 15 ml Green Chartreuse
- 5 Basil leaves
- 25 ml Ruby red grapefruit juice
- 20 ml Lime juice
- 20 ml Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
Preparation
In a shaker muddle the simple syrup and basil leaves. Add the remaining ingredients and ice. Shake and strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with a thin apple slice or maraschino cherry
