Italian Ambassador To Kenya Launches Week Of The Italian Cuisine In The World
This year’s Italian cuisine week has already had a huge success with activities that had been planned throughout the week. Here are some sharing moments with and Chefs Delight Awards who partnered with the Italian Embassy to promote the events lined up.

The Launch of the Italian Cuisine Week took place on the 10th of November at the Italian Ambassador’s Residence. The event brought together the Italian Community residents in Kenya together with business partners, VIP guests, and diplomats. During the opening speech, the Ambassador His Excellency Roberto Natali talked about the history and collaboration between Italy and Kenya which dated back to the early 1900s with the first Italian missionaries who came to Kenya. Italian Cuisine is very popular around the world. However, it has evolved over the years, and not only pasta as famously known. The Embassy has invited a popular visiting Chef who will be conducting master classes on both students atvUtalii Colege as well as for expert chefs from popular hotels and restaurants.
During the event, guests were treated to Italian wine tasting as well as some Italian Cuisine that was specially prepared for guests by the Ambassador’s wife.
