Ingredients

5ml (0.17 oz) Gin

5ml (0.17 oz) Vodka

60ml (2 oz) Pineapple Juice

45ml (1.5 oz) Cranberry Juice

15ml (0.5 oz) Fresh Lime Juice

15ml (0.5 oz) Simple Syrup

Soda Water (to top)

Ice Cubes

Fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime for garnish

Instructions

Fill a shaker with ice and add the gin, vodka, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.

Shake gently for about 10 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.

Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice, leaving room for soda water.

Top with a splash of soda water for a light and fizzy finish.

Stir gently to blend the flavors while keeping the fizz intact.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime for a refreshing visual and aromatic touch.
