Founder Paul Ngunyi is a prolific coach, trainer and author. He is focused on strategy formulation and performance management. Business Consultant Pauline Kariuki is a Business Consultant, Coach and Trainer and with over 15 years professional experience drawn from roles of increasing responsibility in Financial Services, Management Consulting and Humanitarian Services. Prior to joining Better People Consulting, Pauline served a successful corporate career at a leading Investment Bank with operations in East Africa Region for over 10years. Earlier she had worked in a local Non-governmental organization. She has a blend of experience in driving business growth and setting business apart in competitive markets for profitability. She works with organizations and entrepreneurs to provide business solutions to clients changing needs. Pauline also works with individuals to help them adjust their inside and outside self and discover their way in careers and life through Coaching and Psychotherapy. She is very passionate about people development and workplace wellness and believes strongly in driving success by creating a safe and innovate environment that brings out the best in people. Pauline is academically and professionally accomplished, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development – Daystar University Kenya, and is currently finalizing a Master’s degree in Psychology – PAC University Kenya. She also holds a Diploma in Banking & a Diploma in Project Management. She is a trained Executive Leadership Coach, a Certified Monitoring and Evaluation Professional and a Certified Professional Mediator in Alternative Dispute Resolutions among other trainings in continuous learning and personal development.
