AirKenya’s partnership with The Samburu Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing clean water and supporting communities in Samburu, continues to make a significant impact in the region. Recently, on World Menstrual Hygiene Day, we collaborated to provide 1200 girls with free reusable pads, empowering them to manage their periods effectively and removing barriers that previously hindered their school attendance and community participation.
We support The Samburu Project by providing flights for their team members, enabling them to reach remote areas and implement sustainable solutions. Our collaboration emphasizes the importance of clean water and promoting health, education, and gender equality. Together, AirKenya and The Samburu Project are making a lasting impact on the lives of girls and communities in the Samburu region.
To continue our impactful work in empowering girls and transforming communities in the Samburu region, visit The Samburu Project’s website to learn more about their work and how you can contribute to this important cause.
AirKenya has daily flights to Samburu, flying to Sasaab, Kalama and Buffalo Springs airstrips, from Wilson Airport in Nairobi.
