Meat Me,15th September 2018

Meat Me is a dinner party experience serving an evolving three-course tasting menu featuring various cuts of 21-day dry aged beef and paired with fine wines and craft beers. Meat Me is a dinner party experience like no other, where you can expect to not only eat a world class meal cooked by our skilled chefs, but leave with new friends. The Wine Ambassador from the Domaine La Baume Estate, will be hosting this Meat Me Edition, explaining how the various cuts of meat are paired with fine French wines from Domaine de la Baume in the Languedoc-Roussillon region situated in Servian, between Béziers and the medieval town of Pézenas, at the center of the world’s largest wine-growing area.

Hector will display the meat at the counter showcasing all the cuts, we will have a live carving station where guests can see how the meat is aged and prepared and we will have an interactive session with the wine and meat pairing.
